I'm an award-winning realtor working with Royal LePage Signature Realty. Before getting into real estate, I earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University with a focus in IT. After years of working in the IT and media industry, I got the real estate bug after purchasing a 140 year old home in the heart of Toronto in desperate need of a renovation. Without a plan on what to do and a large mortgage payment looming, I did what most people would do, I freaked out.  After that, I took the next logical step and sought help from an expert….by applying to be on HGTV’s TV show Income Property. This experience ignited my passion for real estate. After going through the process and learning what it takes to buy, renovate and rent an income property, I delved into learning everything I could about real estate. I started by finding leases for clients and quickly moved on to listing properties and helping clients find their dream home. 

I left my day job to go full time in real estate and within a year was helping clients acquire income properties of their own. It doesn’t just stop with helping buyers with the acquisition, I also provide counsel to help my clients manage smart renovations. I stay involved in the design aspect with investors, helping them make choices during renovations as well as staging, which would attract buyers and renters in today's market. 

I'm down-to earth and have a calm personality and I will help you as a buyer or seller as you make challenging decisions. I am focused and empathetic and enjoy passing on my experiences and expertise to help my clients.

My approach to real estate is not transactional, but rather focused on developing relationships and adding value for my clients.  

When I am not working, I love spending time with family, travelling, trying new restaurants around the city, riding motorcycles and Crossfit.
