Rest assured, you will never see my listings without great photography. We have a few seconds to make a great impression online, and that's why I bring in trusted photographer partners to capture the beauty of your home.
I stage your home, I get professional photos taken, and once it's ready for showings, I make sure potential buyers leave with a beautiful feature sheet produced on high quality card stock. Buyers will be equipped with all the information they need to remember your property.
Your home is special, and that's why it will not only have an MLS listing and appear on multiple social media platforms but it will also have a dedicated website. The website will have all of the information buyers need including a virtual tour, just in case they forgot where they were thinking of putting their own furniture.

I love numbers. Numbers don't lie and from the start I provide you with market data that helps you make decisions for the listing of your property. When we list the property, you can get as much or as little data as you want. How many times has your property been shown?Who has shown it? Have you had multiple visits from the same buyers? Plus I'll relay any feedback I receive on the property.
We’ve sold your home, we’ve celebrated, but we’re not done there. I make sure to be available until your property closes and I always follow-up after everything is complete. Why?
